Our story
A practice built on
honest impressions.
Murni was founded on a simple belief — that finding the right home deserves more than a portal scroll and a rushed viewing.
Back to HomeWho we are
Murni — rooted in the Klang districts since 2011.
The name Murni means pure, sincere, and genuine in Malay. It was chosen deliberately. When the practice began in Klang, the founding intention was straightforward: serve clients with the same honesty you would bring to a close friend's housing search.
Our coordinators grew up in and around Selangor. Several live within the Bandar Bukit Tinggi district themselves. This is not a franchise or a large agency stretched thin across the Klang Valley — it is a small, specific practice that knows its territory well because it has chosen to stay within it.
Over the years, we have helped families moving from Kuala Lumpur, expatriates arriving from abroad, and long-term Klang residents seeking to step into a different tier of the local rental market. Each situation receives the same unhurried attention.
Our mission
Straightforward guidance. No pressure.
Murni exists to make the rental process in Klang calmer and more considered. We believe the right home presents itself when the search is thorough and the guidance is honest. We are not motivated by a fast close — we are motivated by a client who is genuinely well-settled.
Patience as a value
We will not push a property that does not fit. Some searches take longer. We consider that time well spent.
Transparency throughout
Fees are stated at the outset. Impressions are honest, including any reservations we have about a property.
District depth
Our focus stays within the Klang and Bandar Bukit Tinggi districts. Depth of knowledge matters more to us than breadth of coverage.
The people
The coordinators behind each search.
Nadia Razali
Founding Coordinator
Nadia has lived in the Bandar Bukit Tinggi area for over fourteen years. She leads client consultations and maintains relationships with the district's established property owners.
Azri Kamaludin
Senior Residence Advisor
Azri handles pre-visit assessments and the written property impressions that clients receive before any viewing is arranged. He has assessed over four hundred homes across the Klang district.
Siti Liyana Yusoff
Tenancy & Relocation Coordinator
Siti leads the tenancy coordination process — from lease review through to move-in walkthrough. She is the primary point of contact for family relocation clients throughout their residency.
How we work
Standards we hold
ourselves to.
Pre-Visit Standard
No property enters a client's shortlist without a prior physical visit by a Murni coordinator. We assess light, noise, condition, and surroundings — and share these impressions directly.
Owner Verification
We verify ownership documentation before any tenancy proceeds. Clients are not exposed to title disputes or misrepresented properties.
Lease Review Protocol
Every tenancy agreement is reviewed by our team before signing. We flag unfair clauses and negotiate adjustments on the client's behalf where needed.
Client Privacy
Client information is handled discreetly and never shared with third parties without consent. Our practice is built on the trust of the families we serve.
REN-Registered Practice
Murni's coordinators operate under LPPEH (Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers) registration, ensuring professional accountability in every engagement.
Post-Move Support
Our coordination does not end at move-in. Clients retain access to their assigned coordinator for owner-related queries and minor practical matters through the first three months of tenancy.
Our expertise
What fourteen years in the Klang rental market teaches you.
Klang's residential landscape is more layered than most outsiders expect. The Bandar Bukit Tinggi precinct carries its own particular character — quieter streets, a more considered pace, and a mix of established families who have been there for decades alongside newer residents seeking something different from Kuala Lumpur's density. Understanding which parts of the district suit which kind of household takes years of direct experience, not a search filter.
Within the Persiaran Bukit Tinggi 2 corridor specifically, property quality varies considerably between developments. Some townhouse clusters have been maintained to a high standard; others less so. Surface photographs rarely capture this. A coordinator who has walked the corridors and spoken to existing tenants provides a different quality of information than any listing portal.
For families relocating to Klang, the practical considerations are often more important than the headline specifications. Proximity to Sri KL Klang campus, Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan, and nearby international school options feature regularly in our conversations. Weekend life — the Saturday morning tamu market in Klang town, the quieter weekend feel of Bandar Bukit Tinggi — often decides the shortlist as much as the number of bedrooms.
Our practice has remained deliberately small. We do not take on more clients than our coordinators can serve with care. This means a short wait for new enquiries during busy periods, but it also means that every family we work with receives the same unhurried attention that has characterised Murni since 2011.
