The methodology behind
a Murni engagement.
Each service begins with a consultation — a conversation where we listen before we suggest. The district search briefing captures not only your headline requirements (location, size, budget) but also the less obvious ones: the morning light you prefer, the level of quiet you need, the neighbours you are hoping for.
From that briefing, a coordinator begins property identification — visiting candidates before they are presented, writing honest impressions, and filtering out anything that falls short of the brief. You see a shortlist, not a volume.
From there, the engagement scales to the service you have selected — from an assisted search to full tenancy coordination and, for the Signature programme, continuing concierge attention through your residency.
Initial consultation — no charge
The first conversation is about understanding your search. We confirm which service best fits your situation before any engagement begins.
Property identification and pre-visit
Every property enters a coordinator's physical assessment before it is presented to you. You do not view homes we have not assessed.
Shortlist delivery with written notes
A curated shortlist with written impressions — including honest notes on any concerns — allows you to compare properties before scheduling a single viewing.
Tenancy and handover (varies by service)
Depending on your chosen service, coordination ranges from accompanied viewings to full lease management, deposit handling, and move-in support.

A single coordinator remains available throughout the tenancy. You do not re-explain your situation to a different person each time something requires attention.

Includes private viewings, detailed building dossiers, arrival reception, household staff introductions, and continuing concierge attention through the residency. Some properties presented under this programme are not publicly listed.

Murni operates under LPPEH (Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers) registration, ensuring professional accountability.
