Most agency processes are designed around the agency's efficiency. Ours is designed around the client's comfort. We do not present properties until we have assessed them. We do not schedule viewings until the written impressions have been reviewed. The process takes a little longer because each step is given proper attention.

When you work with Murni, you are assigned one coordinator who stays with your case from first conversation to settled residency. For the first three months of tenancy, your coordinator remains available for any owner-related queries, maintenance matters that require follow-up, or practical concerns about the property. After that period, we are still reachable and glad to help where we can.
